These awards have been established to celebrate the academic achievements of students across the UK and Northern Ireland at GCSE and A-Level (or Scottish equivalents), and at Vocational and Degree level, as well as to recognise and highlight students’ outstanding extracurricular accomplishments.

Would your company like to offer a graduate a 6-month placement?

Entry to Management is NI's longest established graduate management development programme which is building and developing leadership capacity within the NI economy. Graduates are in paid employment with a business for a period of 24 weeks, where they will complete a business improvement project which will focus on return on investment with tangible outcomes for your business. During the 24 weeks the graduate will work on the business improvement project, developing personal and commercial skills, while at the same time injecting new ideas and thinking into your business. Employers contribution to the programme is £275 +VAT per candidate. SERC manages the Programme across NI.
