Colleges invest £800,000 in staff development

Northern Ireland’s Colleges are investing £800,000 developing their staff. The development strategy, funded by the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL), covers key areas including a Leadership and Management Programme, ‘Driving Excellence’ and the ‘Colleges Industry Initiative’.
